Sleep Coaching Programs
If you’re chronically sleep-deprived, struggling with the “cry it out” concept, and desperate for more sleep, my Sleep Coaching Programs were designed for you. Through a process of discovery and by partnering with you, I help your family get back to sleep, and stay sleeping soundly through the nights, in a way that feels safe your whole family.
VIP Sleep Training Program
The VIP program is for you if you’re chronically-sleep deprived, having tension in your family, and need a quick solution. This program offers the highest level of support, with the fastest results. In this program, I come to your home three hours before bedtime on the first night, and stay two full nights supporting you through the hardest part of sleep training. You may opt to have me take full responsibility or I can coach you through the night when your baby wakes—your choice. You then have up to 4 weeks of my personal support fine-tuning nap schedules, trouble-shooting setbacks, and cheering you on every step of the way.
Premier Sleep Training Program
If you feel like you need a little bit less support than the VIP Sleep Training Program, this may be the best option for you. In this program, I come to your home for your 90-minute Sleep Consultation, and stay with you through bedtime for two nights. You then have up to 4 weeks of my personal support to fine-tune routines, nap schedules, trouble-shoot setbacks, and cheer you on every step of the way.
