If you’re chronically sleep-deprived, struggling with the “cry it out” concept, and desperate for more sleep, this program was designed for you. Through a process of discovery and by partnering with you, I help your family get back to sleep, and stay sleeping soundly through the nights, in a way that feels comfortable and safe your whole family. In this program, we work on internal obstacles (emotions, fears, anxieties) and external issues (bedtime routines, sleep associations, etc.), which may prevent you and your family from getting the sleep you need. The work we do is goal-oriented, designed to help you achieve your own goals, and empower your child to feel safe and secure throughout the night without your help, so you can all sleep soundly, reconnect, and feel like the rested, energetic parents you really want to be!
