If you’re chronically sleep-deprived, struggling with the "cry-it-out" concept, have tried everything else, and you're desperate for more sleep, my Comprehensive Sleep Coaching Programs was designed just for you. Through a process of discovery and by partnering with you, I help your entire family get back to sleep, and stay sleeping soundly through the nights, in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you, your partner, and your child. In this program, we focus on teaching new sleep associations to your baby or toddler, while ensuring that 100% of their needs are met. The objective is to help you all sleep more restfully, and empower your child to feel safe and secure throughout the nights (whether you're there or not), so that you can all sleep soundly, reconnect with your partner, feel more energized during your days, and be the person, parent and spouse you really want to be!

This 4-week Private Coaching Program includes:
- One 60-minute Private Coaching Session (in your home or by Skype) – Ideally including both parents, our first coaching session will laser focus on you and your family. We discuss your personal values about sleep, bedtime routines, sleeping patterns, night-time waking, how and where your child sleeps, how you respond to night-time waking, etc. During the first session, we determine where you need the most support, and then tailor your program to fit your family’s needs.
- One Detailed Feedback Report– After our first live meeting, I propose some achievable goals, which I help you accomplish in a way that feels completely comfortable for you, and aligned with your entire family. I include small, recommended actions for you to implement slowly, so the transitions don’t feel overwhelming, but keep you moving forward.
- Four Weeks, Sleep Routine Analysis – To help you implement a routine or correct a sleep issue, we need to know what’s going on. Our customized Sleep Logs are designed to document your child’s sleep rhythms, and are used as a tool to monitor and implement subtle changes.
- Three 30-Minute Phone or Skype Follow-Up Coaching Calls - Scheduled at your convenience, you have three 30-minute follow-up sessions to connect, ask questions, trouble-shoot problems, and celebrate your progress.
- Four Weeks Instant Coaching, Mentoring and Guidance - During each live session, I carefully listen to what you’re saying (and not saying), and recommend small, measurable actions, which help you gently move toward your family’s sleep goals.
- Four Weeks Direct e-coaching – If you have any questions between our weekly calls, email me and I will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), typically by the end of the day.
- Additional Phone or Skype Coaching – If you find that you need more support, no problem. Additional phone, in-person or Skype coaching is available for additional charge.
- Priority Access to Live Workshops and Tele-Seminars – As a private coaching client, you get priority access, free admission, and pre-registration for any workshop I teach, before, during, and after our work together.
