What is Sleep Coaching? How does it work?
My Coaching Programs are convenient, and mostly over the phone. During each session, we focus on your goals, and the things that are most important to you. You prepare for our sessions and come with questions about your family. I will listen carefully, ask questions, offer feedback, tools, and support, and help you create an action plan that will support you in moving joyfully forward toward your goals. You will leave each session with a deeper understanding of where you are, what you need, and suggested steps to take before our next session. In between sessions, I help you to stay accountable to your commitments—and to yourself—with unlimited email support.
All Sleep Coaching Programs are fully customized for you and your family, and intentionally designed to be at least four weeks, because it takes time and repeated practice to disable fears, change habits/routines, and make those changes stick. By making this commitment to you and your family, you will begin feeling powerful shifts internally and externally, and most importantly, learn to sleep again!

Here is a sample step-by-step process of a typical Sleep Coaching Program:
1. Schedule a FREE 30-minute consultation!
Sign up HERE to schedule your first live call. We will connect, find out what's happening, and address any fears you have about making changes to your current situation.
2. Discuss your needs and dreams
I listen, assess your needs, ask you to tap into what you really want for your family. I then offer some simple suggestions, and an invitation to support you in meeting your goals. You choose if you want to proceed.
3. Fill out a questionnaire & schedule a live meeting.
Before our first session, I ask you to fill out
a comprehensive questionnaire and schedule our first meeting. Your answers will direct our first
session, and save you time, so you get the support and guidance you need as
quickly as possible.
4. We meet in in your home, or electronically
Depending on the coaching program you choose, I will either come to your home, or we'll "meet" by phone, Skype or iPhone Face Time. This is where we begin our work together, discuss your needs and goals in depth. Our first meeting will include some complimentary time to allow us time to
connect, create a partnership, and powerfully set some intentions and goals for
you, your family, and our work together. The rest of our meetings will then be scheduled as you wish in the weeks or months to follow.
5. Comprehensive Feedback
After our first meeting, I take into consideration everything we discussed, and report back with some goals that we make together, and recommend some small actions to help you move towards your goals. Feedback will change week by week depending on how quickly you progress, and factoring in any setbacks (illnesses, teething, etc.).
6. Questions and answers.
This is the meat and potatoes of what I do. Ask me as many questions as you have, and I give you unbiased support, mentoring and guidance on all things from emotions and fears to practical day-to-day coping strategies for adjusting to your new, unpredictable life.
7. Ask more questions!
I'm here to help support and guide you with whatever you need. If you feel anxious, confused, frustrated, sad, and/or simply sleep-deprived, don't be afraid to ask for support, or judge yourself for feeling like you might need it. Support from an unbiased, rested, experienced mom may be all you need to feel better.
