Do you offer gift certificates?

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept personal checks and secure credit card payments via PayPal.

We're a non-traditional family. Do you work with same-sex couples?

Of course! Every family is unique, and we love working with all families. Whether you're two moms, two dads, or a traditional mom & dad family, we're here for you!

What if I don't "click" with my consultant?

It rarely happens, but if it does, please email us so we can find a solution. We will either change your consultant, or if you're simply not happy with our services, we will refund your money.

I'm on bed rest and can't meet with you. How does that work?

No problem. This is where we can really help with everything you need. We will meet you in the hospital, or via Skype video conference. Wherever you are in the process of preparing for your baby, we step in and take care of it all. See our Packages for a list of options. The 360 Degree New Mom Support or Mommywise on Call service may the right solution for you.

We're expecting multiples or a special-needs baby. Will my consultant have first-hand experience?

Yes. We strive to match you with the right Mommywise consultant, and first-hand experience is crucial to making the most of your Mommywise partnership.

I'm a man, but I'm expecting a baby too! Do you help new dads?

Of course! We actively encourage new dads and significant others to be active participants during fertility treatments, pregnancy, childbirth and newborn care. We even offer Partner Prep services to help you find your role in this new adventure.

My employee is expecting a baby. What should I get for her/him?

What about Privacy? Do you share your email list with third parties?
