            Sleep S.O.S. for Families: Free Interactive Workshop for Sleep-Deprived Families

            _If you and your family aren't sleeping well, chances are you're chronically sleep-deprived, and don't know how to change the habits you've slipped into. In this 60-minute interactive workshop with Mommywise founder, Natalie Nevares, and family psychologist Dr. Meredith Singer, we'll discuss the fundamental, underlying reasons families with babies and toddlers don't sleep, how you can get more rest, and feel better as a family. With focus on internal factors that might be preventing you from getting the sleep you need (i.e. fears and emotions) and external factors (i.e. apartment layout or normal sleep transitions), we'll trouble-shoot your family's sleep woes, and help get you back on track!

            This 60-minute interactive workshop will help you:
            • Get crystal clear on your family’s sleep needs and goals
            • Understand internal & external factors that may prevent you from getting enough sleep
